Went in for a scheduled oil change and fuel filter appointment at 10 AM and service department did not complete until 3:30 PM. 5 1/2 hours for a scheduled. Appointment is ridiculous. So disappointed in this dealership. I don't believe the employees or management care one bit. Would not recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Riverside Buick. Thoroughly pleased. I came across a used trade in online they had for sale(had been looking for 6 months for a HD 2500 or similar). Chris communicated with me on Thanksgiving Day! He contacted me before I drove 5 hours to check it out, then on the way there, and on the way home and even that night to make sure I was taken care of and made it home. Truck was immaculate inside like new 2011. There were no surprises, what was described over the phone was just what I found. I keep pinching myself. Price was unbelievable, exactly what I was looking for and sales process done in 30 minutes. I immediately towed my 4500 pound car 5 hours back to Savannah, and truck was ON POINT. I wish we had a dealership like Riverside here! Connect with Chris, I feel certain you'll be happy.

Caleb was very accommodating, knowledgeable, answered every question I had (no matter how long I kept asking questions, he continued to answer them!) and did great work on the vehicle in a timely manner!! Riverside also had an amazing loaner vehicle for me to drive meanwhile! Caleb went above and beyond helping us! For example, we thought we would be running late to pickup the loaner vehicle (past the time they closed) Caleb offered to stay after work to wait for us!! This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced in YEARS!!! Our 1st time using Riverside Buick GMC Cadillac, definitely not the last! Thank you Caleb!!

Very easy and quick process. The sales group were very knowledgeable and very helpful solving the hurdles of the loan process. A very capable group of people. Overall a very pleasant buying experience. My next new car will also now come from Riverside.

The purchase of our new vehicle was a very pleasant experience at Riverside Buick GMC. Austin Moore was personable, polite, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. He walked us through the process, explained the features, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new vehicle. T.J.Forsyth handled the paperwork efficiently, explaining everything patiently and well. Both of these men are excellent representatives for the company.

They are honest, fair pricing, and clean. I brought my Cadillac in for display problems, tires and struts. They said struts were fine (honesty). For what they fixed, they didn't knock me over the head with cost (fair pricing) and detailed my car (cleanliness). Very happy with John my point of contact. I will use them again.

10/10 I’ve been coming here for 2 years and have no complaints. Caleb has been my go to guy each time I come on Saturdays and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has helped me with quotes for tires and brakes plus they match competitor’s prices. Deanna is a sweetheart, super helpful and punched my Cadillac Punch card for the 5th time which resulted in my first free oil change plus the car wash was covered. Best customer service team ever! Won’t go anywhere else (unless forced) lol.

Riverside made me a very quick appointment with a loaner, no question asked. Everything was done perfectly and John in Service was very professional and courteous. Even called in a Paintless dent repair guy that fixed two door Knocks perfectly for less than $80. Will be back without hesitation. Thanks Riverside!

I had and amazing buy experience at Riverside Buick GMC in Cartersville GA. The process was extremely easy and they were very honest. They didn't have any hidden fee like I experience from other dealership. I feel great about my purchase and don't feel taken advantage of. My sell rep Sydnee Kelich was the best. She let me know every time there was a change in my vehicle status as it progressed through the build process. I can not thank her enough. She was very much appreciated. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you go here. You will not be disappointed!

This was a very difficult time for us. Our car broke down after only eleven months. This wasn’t supposed happen, but it couldn’t happen in a better place than Cartersville, Ga. It was towed to Cartersville GMC. From the onset we felt that we were in Good Hands”. John was always available and answered all our questions without making us feel like we were a brother to him. I/we really appreciate him. Everyone was very supportive, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

Overall the transmission control module repair service was costly but good. Our service advisor exhibited a complacent “take it or leave it attitude”. Otherwise he was OK to deal with. As a whole I rate our service experience as average.
