We dropped our dog for treatment and Dr. Moore ran many tests without our permission and then presented us with a huge bill. I paid the bill but when I asked them to print my dog’s records, Dr. Moore began yelling at me. I took my dog and records to another vet in town and Dr. Moore called me, yelling at me again because I’d taken my dog elsewhere. Dr. Moore really seems to not be able to control his anger.

I have used Dr Moore for almost thirteen years for my dogs and cats. I have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with the professionalism, kindness and thoroughness of both the doctor and the staff. You can tell a good office when there's not a lot of turnaround. And the staff has been steady for the entire time that I have been seeing them. My satisfaction and gratitude for this vet and his staff has not been any stronger than recently when I lost My oldest dog. This could have been and was very sad for me And my daughters, but the handling of the whole situation by Dr. Moore, the respect that his staff showed me and my family at the end of my doggy's life and the respect and kindness they showed my Rex in his final moments was touching, and I am eternally greatful. When I called to tell Dr Moore's office the way Rex was behaving, after having been up with him all night, Dr. Moore requested I sent him a video And after I did he held off on a surgery he was about to walk into and asked me to immediately bring him to his office. Although That was Rex's last day, Dr. Moores
concern for him was above and beyond! I recommend him to Everyone!

Recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for my 15 year old little guy, Murphy. Dr. Moore was empathetic of my Murphy's late stage in life and yet also very faithful and straightforward. Murphy isn't quite ready to cross the rainbow bridge just yet but needs medications to relieve his arthritis and chronic cough due to a collapsed trachea. Dr. Moore did not push expensive tests and labwork upon me yet offered them if we wanted them. At Murphy's age, I appreciated the dr not making me feel pressured to pay for tests. He addressed all of Murph's issues and gave him rx's that will provide relief for his chronic ailments. I highly recommend Dr. Moore if you need a straightforward vet with just the right amount of compassion.

I can't thank Dr. Moore and his staff for our emergency visit this morning. Dr. Moore is everything you'd want for a doctor of veterinary medicine. I've had dogs all my life (I'm in my 70's now) and can say without a doubt I had the pleasure of knowing four excellent physicians. Dr. Moore is one of the four. I only wish he was in our home town of Gulf Shores, Alabama. His staff is so helpful and considerate too. As important, the facility is immaculate! There is nothing else I can say except: thank goodness for Dr. Moore. Very truly, Jeanne & Tom P.

Overpriced, rude to customers and hateful to staff. Takes your animal away from you for a routine visit which traumatized my dog, it took our new vet several visits for her to trust them and we are able to stay in the room with them. Look to spend a minimum of $1500 everytime you go. He is not in it for the animals anymore, all about the money.

He cares so much about every animal. He saved my dog’s life by using his personal dog for a transfusion. He called every morning and night until she was out of harms weigh. He is the best veteran in Ga! I will never go anywhere else. He is the best emergency vet ever! Thank you Dr Moore and your staff! Holly Farr

Dr. Moore was very caring and through with my very sick old dog, and caught her kidney failure in time. I am so thankful for his expertise and the staff's help and concern. A plus!!!!

Dr. Moore has went above and beyond multiple times for myself and my dogs. His staff is always pleasant and professional and greet my dogs as their own. I highly recommend Dr. Moore to anyone and everyone who has a fur baby.

Exceptional responsiveness. Dr. Moore was able to determine a path to resolve a very complex illness in my dog a few years ago that brought him back to health. His staff is very polite and has been great to work with in scheduling drop offs and appointments for regular services. You get what you pay for and Dr. Moore is worth every penny.
