I just wanted to share my amazing experience at this racetrac! Makayla was very professional and nice! She shows me true southern hospitality every time I come into this store! She even knows my kids by name just cause we come there so often and it’s always a pleasure seeing her! Anytime I’m having an issue finding something she shows me exactly where it’s at! She even helps me too the car when I have a handful of stuff! (I have 5 little girls so any type of help is a blessing when going into a store!) one day one of my girls wasted a drink and she went above and beyond to help us out and I greatly appreciated that! I will continue to come to racetrac as long as she’s there! I highly recommend going to this location and ask for Makayla :)

My wife and I keep having a run in with this one smart mouthed black hostile girl named Makayla is all I know and she got very upset because my wife and I asked a very valid question which was why did the sign say no id for 40 and over when at 47 my wife had to go get her license with a cracked foot to show her, mind you we shop there EVERYDAY but after that I informed my wife to just always show her Id n I thought that would be the end well on yesterday the same girl starts off her greeting with aren't you the one who was mad about having to show ur id then asks for it when my wife sat it on the counter, the unprofessional employee throws it back at my wife and says I don't have to serve you anyway get out of my store. First of all as if she owns Racetrac and is not just a unprofessional disgruntle employee who always has an attitude with us no matter what day it is. We love coming to that store we have been members for over 4 years and live close to there n even though other gas stations are a little cheaper we chose to shop there because of the hospitality of the manager Vincent and the other good employees but this girl should have never been hired and we have made several complaints against her but nothing has changed and this is to the point where we no longer feel the need t to keep spending our hard earned money there because we never know when we will encounter this unprofessional ignorant employee!!!

My family & I love this location on Baker Rd. As Cartersville is growing rapidly,I recommend this convenient store to anyone passing by!!! There's never a morning Vincent ( the store manager) don't greet everyone with a smile!!! There's been alot of new members joining lately & it is a pleasure
to see him wirk with them & train them up!! Sometimes I wonder if he ever has a bad day. He really brings a upbeat happy vibe to the atmosphere to the store!! We are so happy Race Trac chose him to lead this location!! Thanks Race Trac!!

The manager Vincent & another associate ( not sure of his status at the moment ) but his name is Christian - they are both absolutely AMAZING- they literally give me hope for humanity each & every day. They always go above & beyond & they have outstanding customer service which in todays world where so little have that quality it is a breathe of fresh air to be around & I just truly appreciate both of them & their amazing high quality service. Thank you both gentlemen for bringing a little joy to each day. It means more than y’all could know. Kindness always goes a long way !
