Went to Cartersville store this morning I had 6 pairs of brand new golf shoes. Over $700 in retail. Most expensive shoe $200 cheapest $75. They offered me $50 cash for all. When they tell.you can expect 30 to 50% or retail don't believe that is they are total crooks. The teenager behind the desk didn't have a clue what he was doing. Until today I was a big fan, but not anymore. I will never go backi will go back and report what these crooks are selling them for to expose the true crooks they are

Tons of used equipment, as advertised. However, the “used” prices are often higher than any “new” prices accurate else. For example, PIAS price for used kettlebells is $2.00/lb, new kettlebells are $3.00/lb. Walmart sells new kettlebells for $1.50-$1.80/lb. Try again, Play-It-Again.

I recently purchased an elliptical machine at the Cartersville location. The young man who assisted in the sale was very informative, friendly and willing to negotiate. Since I didn't have a way to transport the machine, he even offered to deliver it to my home after he got off work that Sunday. And he did! Thank you!

Nice place to pick up most anything for sports that you might need as well as treadmills and weightlifting equipment.

Why but new? People buy equipment and hardly use it. Come here save a few bucks on that New Year's resolution.

The guys here are very nice and easy to work with. I’ve sold some watersports gear here a few times. I felt they gave me fair numbers, based on the end of and start of season. The store is clean and has a great inventory, especially for at home work out gear. I love doing business here as a seller and as a consumer

Literally just left there with my husband and two girls (3/6 1:30pm). Whoever was on shift did not greet us. We looked at frisbees for about 10 minutes and finally picked two. Went to check out and no one was there. There were about 5 other customers in there. I asked a group of three if they knew who worked here. A customer in the group of three says “this guy” and points at him. The employee did not even turn his head or acknowledge us. They continued to chat. We waited another minute then decided to leave. We left our items on their checkout counter and walked by them to leave (most direct route). The same customer says “hey did you need help?” The employee still did not turn. We said no thanks and continued towards the door. The employee finally says “have a good day” not even looking in our direction. So awkward and unprofessional. My kids were confused and disappointed. Will not be going back there.

They were not helpful to me. Did not greet me even though we locked eyes. Still continue to look at what I needed and was not asked if I needed any help, if I was finding everything ok or did I have question. After that I turned around and left. Very uncomfortable not going back.
