I had a great experience at this location. It’s under new ownership. The new owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great conversation with Chris, he really knows his stuff.
They rearranged the store, brought in some new equipment and the store looks really nice. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this location if you’re looking for sporting equipment.

I gave them gym equipment that I spent probably around $800 or more. They only gave me $130 credit. Today, when I went there, I guess he was the manager; he said he was not going to give me my $130 credits. I picked a dumbbell and a gym band from the store, priced at around $50. He said he's only going to give me the $50 credit but the rest of the credit won't be given. He also said my credit had actually expired. When I sold all my equipment to them, they had mentioned my credit is forever; nobody told me about an expiration date. I wouldn't recommend that place.

Went to Cartersville store this morning I had 6 pairs of brand new golf shoes. Over $700 in retail. Most expensive shoe $200 cheapest $75. They offered me $50 cash for all. When they tell.you can expect 30 to 50% or retail don't believe that is they are total crooks. The teenager behind the desk didn't have a clue what he was doing. Until today I was a big fan, but not anymore. I will never go backi will go back and report what these crooks are selling them for to expose the true crooks they are

Tons of used equipment, as advertised. However, the “used” prices are often higher than any “new” prices accurate else. For example, PIAS price for used kettlebells is $2.00/lb, new kettlebells are $3.00/lb. Walmart sells new kettlebells for $1.50-$1.80/lb. Try again, Play-It-Again.

I recently purchased an elliptical machine at the Cartersville location. The young man who assisted in the sale was very informative, friendly and willing to negotiate. Since I didn't have a way to transport the machine, he even offered to deliver it to my home after he got off work that Sunday. And he did! Thank you!
