Great experience, but when I came in to sign papers, I was told the Jan payment was $100 more. This was not told to me until I arrived. Try to avoid leading customers and then telling them the day of signing a surprise amount the first month.

Horrible customer service. I was excited to do business with One Main because I received a loan in past years but my most recent experience today was horrible. I spoke with someone named Valerie at the Cartersville branch and she had an attitude for no reason as I’m asking her questions. I’m all about customer service and unfortunately you just lost a good customer.

Don't waste your time with this place. You get so much as a dollar behind and they HARASS YOU!!!! They have called me 3 to 5 times a day, every day except Sundays. It's pretty sad when they need money so bad they have to HARASS their clients!!
