“I came to this location based upon their reviews, and I am so happy that I did! It was obvious that they were busy. I'm on crutches and needed to get back to S.C. The owner not only test drove my vehicle, but he was able to diagnose the main issue, order the parts, and had me on my way in no time. I needed a coil and plug for my Expedition. The wait was pleasant. The young lady at the front was very kind and helpful! Price was reasonable and very fair for last-minute service! “Overall I had a very positive experience. The price was reasonable. The staff, particularly the manager, were very nice and very helpful. The only knock I have against the place is the waiting area. It needs to be refurbished and needs at least a Keurig and some water. Honestly, I almost rated it four stars because of the waiting area but I felt that would be unjust to the employees.”
