I would like to recognize a person named Kyle at the Cartersville location off Tennessee Street who went out of his way and found a back up camera for my Edge Titanium. Very friendly and Great customer service!! Highly recommended ?

This store has great customer service in our knowledgeable but the parts are extremely expensive especially compared to other Napa stores. This one is independent and not corporate and that's how they justify it. A belt I purchased at Adairsville Napa for $57.64 and exact same belt at the Cartersville Napa cost me $92.12. I have receipts in front of me to prove it. Not the first time this has happened with the store

Great place to get items that are not readily available at some other nearby parts stores. The guys are always helpful and friendly, and…most important to someone like me, whose daily driver is 17 years old…they are knowledgeable when it comes to autos and their parts. I like to order online for pick up later in the day; the ordering is always simple and the pick up has always been smooth.

I spoke with a salesman named John about getting a hotter spark plug. He repeatedly told me he didn't know what I was talking about. I am appalled at the abominable ignorance & lack of knowledge this person had. I'm afraid to do business with this level of incompetence.
