The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim

Rodney at the body shop was great!!! My insurance was putting me through the ringer and wouldn’t approve new parts for my car or extend my rental. He called me and the insurance daily for a month and got everything approved and covered! They really do have great morals and values there. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the only place I will ever go to for body work on my vehicles. Rodney is the absolute best. Fast, friendly, and courteous. All of the people do great work. I have used them a couple of times and will go nowhere else. I highly recommend Mathews. Should you need anything for your vehicles, from wrecker service to body repair, give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
