Unable to get car out of impound until Monday. Not open on Sat, and Sunday. My car had ran out of gas and within 6 hours it was towed. vehicle was all the way to on the sidewalk, but was towed because they said it was blocking traffic to the entrance of a car wash at 7:30 AM. I made sure it was completely on the sidewalk. I live two drive ways down, and are on crutches. 5 hours after the time it was towed, I found the tow yard and they wanted 278. I drive a 01 Honda civic and the tow yard is literally 1 mile away. Not to mention they are closed on weekends and now I have to wait till Monday. The guy said the charge for days that the car is their regardless if they are open, that I will have to pay in cash on Monday.

I just want to shout this business out! After many failed attempts to get someone to complete my repairs, they were right there to make things happen! From picking my vehicle up, ordering parts needed and having it fixed in the desired time frame! Professional, reasonable and friendly! I definitely would utilized their services again if ever needed! Ty

Martins Wrecker really came through for me! I had a flat in Cartersville headed to Sandy Springs in the afternoon. Collin, my tow driver was courteous, knowledgable and super empathetic to my situation. I’ll use them anytime I need a wrecker in the area! Ask for Collin and see how they can turn your “wrecked” day around with an affordable and friendly smile!

Collin with Martins Wrecker Service was the absolute best! When our Corvette let us down, Martins and Collin didn’t. With such a low ground clearance vehicle not just any tow vehicle is capable of loading but Collin took the extra time and care to load and unload it properly. Thank you Martins, and a special thank you to Collin. I highly recommend Martins.

I had the driver jump start my truck because it's cheaper than a tow($85 instead of $100). But the alternator was bad and the car didn't go anywhere. He told me it was policy by the owner to charge me again if they towed it instead($100). I only needed towing about 150 yards to the repair shop. I could have paid the extra $15 or so. But they would not do it. I was left stranded in the rain. The owner is scum of the Earth!

I just had the best experience with Martins towing! I’m not from the area and I locked my keys in my car on accident, I called them and they helped me above and beyond! I was in a tight spot and couldn’t afford what they charge but the employee spoke to the boss and they decided to help me out free of charge! That was such a blessing to me. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this place, they are great! I appreciate what they did for me today ❤️

This company is a joke! I waited for over an HOUR for Martin’s Wrecker! Apparently they came to the establishment I was at while I was in the bathroom ( might I add with a dead phone) and made NO attempt to find me. I was able to get in touch with KEYS 100 in Acworth and he was there in TWELVE MINUTES!!! He was so friendly and had me in my car in seconds! Don’t waste your time calling these people! I will be calling GEICO about this experience as well!

My vehicle broke down and yesterday. My insurance covered the cost and dispatched Martin’s, so I can’t speak to that aspect of their service. I can say that I was originally quoted 90 minutes, but they arrived in 30. The gentleman who retrieved and delivered my vehicle was very professional and kind. There were no issues with delivery. My mechanic recommended using them and I also would again.

If I was able to give negative stars I would. These crooks were called when I wrecked my truck. They continually increased the price of their service beyond a reasonable amount. This company does not need to be allowed to be part of the city roster of wrecker services.
