Please beware of this towing company!!I was stuck on the side of HWY 75 (GA) with my truck and trailer. I was quoted $250-$300 by the driver to tow my truck and trailer to the nearest TA gas station so it was not blocking traffic off the highway. The TA gas station was .1 miles from where the truck was broke down. Once they got the vehicle to the gas station (took maybe 30 mins) he then told me it will be $450. Be sure to get a solid price from this company before allowing them to touch your vehicle they are a bit shady.

Dispatch was awesome, Missy was like talking to a friend. Micheal the driver was pleasant and professional. Price is what was expected and te were very fast.

Came to the house to start a friends car. The starter was toast. Used Rollback to take her to her house and the car to the Auto Shop of her choice on Barrett Parkway. You cant do better than that. Great folks. Great service. Very nice and polite. Call them for anything. Thank you!! DR J

Had an alternator go out, didn't have my tools on me, they charged me $375 total for alternator ($240) and labor ($135). Part would have cost me about $130 after core exchange and would have taken me an hour to do (they charged me an hour and a half at $90 an hour) Not a complete rip off, but not too terrible reasonable either...

These people refused to tow a 911 referral because it was convertible and top was down. These people are as unprofessional and arrogant as they get. 8 hours on side of road with no cell service cause these people said FU

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They lied to me. They lied to AAA. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was hung up on. I had to call from a different number for them to actually answer my call. Do not use them. I’ve already spoke to a VP at AAA and am in the process to getting their contract revoked. Do not use them. I can’t say it enough.

My volkswagen broke down on the way thru Georgia but Martin's was able to fix it and get me back on the road in less than a day! Awesome service for a reasonable price. Thanks Martin's!!!

Logan came out to tow my broken truck. Great attitude, very polite and courteous. Got this wrecker service through AAA. I programmed them in my phone. Will use if I'm ever stranded around Cartersville.

Driver didn't know how to unlock a vehicle. 1 hour and he bowed out my door. He said it was risk I took. He couldn't unlock vehicle . Dispatch called ask if I wanted another driver told me I could be upset w driver not him . Had to call lawyer and insurance company. Never use any of these idiots

They are rude and nasty. I rather have another carrier. They want to be the 1st to take the call to get the call but it take them longer to get to you. Now they took my car to Tire Plus with no problem but want me to be there to pick the car up to take it to another location. You didn't have a problem taking it there. It's the same car. I told them no problem. I will get another carrier. Don't be so quick to get the call all the time. Such nasty attitudes.
