The car wash didn’t even touch one side of my truck left soap all over didn’t even wash the tires I went and spoke with the attendant he was new so he called someone the guy on the phone said I would have to wait till a someone else came in or come back tomorrow I said I can’t come back tomorrow The guy on speaker phone told the attendant to tell me he didn’t need my business so I left there with a soapy unwashed truck you may want to avoid this place they don’t need your business according to the guy on the phone

I'm not sure what the $20 I spent was supposed to do, but I don't think cleaning the car was one of them. All of the dead bugs are still on my car. They need to have a place before you enter the car wash where you can scrub your car off to get the dead bugs off before going thru the wash. I guess I will stick to washing my car at the house.

I'm not going to be returning to this car wash! Half the time, their tag scanner doesn't work, or something in the actual wash doesn't function as it should.
I went in to complain, and without a word, the employee just walked out of the building!!
I want my money back!!

Best car wash in town and counot ask for a better manager he is very nice and and explained the difference of washes grat service will be a long time customer if it stays like this

It took this car wash about one year to become the worst one in Cartersville. Air compressor not working, carpet floor mat cleaner not working not one single employee available to complain to. They are all hiding inside. Save your money . Message to the management, put some signs up letting people know that 1/2 your car wash doesn’t work.

I don’t want to be overly critical here. Mach-1 is a good carwash. But it took them a very long time to get the air guns working again, which is why I moved my business to a local competitor.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The vacuums are broken and the suction is not there only have one spray bottle out and it’s chained to the cart.

WORST $20 I’ve ever spent? Dirt left all over my tires, my car didn’t even look like it was blown off it was so wet! Vacuums barely have any suction to them and the 2 air nozzles near me didn’t even work… First and last time I will come here. I will spent my $20 elsewhere!

Wash was good but 2nd time there were no drying towels. I even went to the office and asked. Also the air hoses still do not work. Earlier review response from 4 months ago Mach 1 said they were working on it. Will go elsewhere. Many other car washes to choose from.

They are usually staffed so that they can do a good pre-wash and therefore, you get a clean vehicle without too much post-wash work.

I have been with a neighbor who frequently goes here. I don't drive, but I can say it's really a nice establishment. Very clean, and the soap they use smells really good.
