First thing no customer service. The lady that claim is her business is the worse. She knows nothing about doing tax despite she claims she been doing it for years. Go elsewhere waste of time. If I could give it zero star I would. So let me add to this I did seek consultation in Cartersville the location near to The Post Office. After your obnoxious rude staff/claim she is the owner, before even beginning she started to determine how much I could owe. Base on what I'm reading in other reviews everyone seem to own this place lol. It's just the worst I went somewhere else and had my taxes done, with friendly pleasant employees, you could learn something from them. Since y"all ilmannered individuals don't need customers why are y'all in business then why not just stay home. I had to do this reviews because she had me feeling as if I was bothering her and once I realize she had an attitude and I was leaving that's when she dismiss me. They are several other tax places in Catersville Georgia I suggest people please go elsewhere this attitude ain't worth it. ?
