I ordered a flower arrangement with pastels, yellow, pink, etc. for my niece who just had surgery. Customer service was good the whole time. Right down to when to be delivered. I requested 12, lunchtime. At 12:12 I got a text from her, she just received them. Her words, "they are beyond beautiful". I saw a picture and they were absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely use them again.

Oh my God this is the best Floral shop that I have had the privilege of using in the last 18 years of my life they had exactly what I wanted and they even told me they would send me a message when they were on the way to deliver and also let me add extra things to my purchase after the fact of already purchasing it this place is so amazing I would recommend it 10 out of 10

Called them out of state, on a Saturday, at closing time, and still got the most beautiful flowers sent to family on the SAME DAY, all the way out in White, GA! 5 Stars all the way around!

Very fast, friendly efficient service. I live in Oregon and I needed flowers for my friend she lives in GA now and she is in the hospital. I called and left a message, they called me so fast, and processed my order over the phone. They also texted me a copy of the receipt, and a picture of gorgeous bouquet of flowers. I highly recommend L&M floral designs. Thank you so much!

I called an order in from Athens, Ga, to Cartersville and I was amazed with the lady I talked with (sorry I didn’t get her name.) She gave me a number I could text her the exact picture of arrangement I wanted. She also helped me decide what to write on the card bc the recipient was under hospice and I didn’t want a card to say, “Get well soon.” She gave me several options, which were appropriate. The day the flowers were going out she sent a photo of the arrangement and a message to say they were being delivered that afternoon! I highly recommend L & M!!
