Yes I shop here often , I agree with these negative reviews. Idk what kinda manager they having working here but it’s definitely not someone that should represent Kroger. I seen him everytime I’m in this store. Kroger y’all needa give him a break or maybe he’s burnt out bc He’s rude most of the time. Let’s just say customer service isn’t his strongest point .
Dang he makes ppl feel unwelcome especially at night when ur doing late time shopping if it’s the same one I’m thinking
about. Makes u feel rushed to hurry and get out

Looked all over for a plant from Tropic Treasures. Kroger had them, as I knew the nursery sent some there. I find them all dead due to lack of care. One unsatisfied customer

This store used to be great, in terms of service. It's 2pm on a Saturday and only had 2 lanes open, with no baggers. I'm getting really tired of bagging my groceries. Meanwhile they have 3 to 4 folks standing around at the self check outs. Cashiers used to be friendly, now they do not even bother to say hello.
It's taken a very bad turn since around the beginning of the year.
If I could afford it, I'd give ingles and publix my business.
Do better please

Until today was my favorite place to grocery shop. My mother recently bought a ton of clothes as a gift for my significant other. It was too generous. We went in with the receipt today to have it put back on her debit card. We didn't even realize it was a cash purchase. I asked the man to refund the $699 to whatever card she used. He tells me it was a cash purchase and proceeds to tell me, "you know what this looks like, right?" He beings the store manager who tells us it's a duplicate receipt. Yes. Because my mother had an extra one printed, in case the sizes were wrong. Because my boyfriend never buys anything for himself. She was trying to do something nice on a whim. None of this should have to be explained. I have the receipt, I have the goods with the tags intact, still on original hangers. I believe what this looks like is a simple return. The manager tells me he is going to keep my receipt because he's "going to have to watch A LOT of videos to figure this out" and to "call him tomorrow", but to just take the clothes. How unbelievably rude and embarrassing. I was too shocked to asked for a copy of my receipt or to even respond when asked what this looks like. I buy hundreds of dollars worth of groceries there every week. My mother even more. And clothes, apparently. But to be treated like shoplifters. What did I steal the receipt too?

We were staying at Red Top Mountain State Park and this Kroger was awesome, cleaned, had what we needed. Also carried my favorite cider which I hadn’t seen in a while. This Kroger sells clothes, kitchen tools area and great selection. It really worked for our needs. The security gates inside the front door are a bit odd but oh well.

This isn't the closest Kroger to us (we have about four or five that are equidistant or near enough) but it is DEFINITELY the nicest. We'll come out of our way to this one for their deli goods.

I try to avoid it if I can. Used to be a regular but now it feels like a step or two below TSA levels of security and it’s completely unnecessary. In 5 years you’ll have to be frisked before and after entering a Kroger. It’s a shame because when they put the Kroger in, it was swanky (for a Kroger). And now it feels like Walmart lite. I hate it for the good employees they have there. But a few good folks don’t make up for how far the store fell. I remember a couple years ago driving up to the Kroger and passing the little retention pond. We counted over 20 rats, give or take, just chilling near the curb as we rolled past the pond and into the parking lot. I quit buying my groceries from there after that. I only ever go there if I absolutely have to now.
