Ridiculous business, steer clear! Made a $3600 purchase towards the end of 2023 for my business to lesson tax liability (will be over $1000 of taxes). Saw charge come through to bank account day-of, then a week and a half passed and no updates whatsoever. Charge dropped off account with no explanation so I tried calling for several days (no answer) then emailed.Finally heard back and their response was that “there was an issue with my card so they cancelled the order.” After sending a follow-up email trying to figure out what was going on and receiving no reply, I was finally able to get an answer on their phone for the first time in nearly 2 weeks of trying. Apparently, they use a 3rd party fraud prevention company that flagged the transaction for “unknown reasons.” My name, address, ZIP Code, everything matches, and Kenzies can see that on their end so they have no idea why, but cannot manually change anything??It wasn’t a problem with my card, it was a problem with their 3rd party, yet they are unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue which is going to cost me a grand on taxes. I offered several solutions, all of which they weren’t able to do except offer a 10% coupon (and the item I ordered specifically says not valid for any discounts on their site lol).I understand issues arise, and I’m not upset about that. What I am upset about, is the fact there was literally zero communication about anything going on when they could have easily reached out to me by phone, email, or even by post. Had they not canceled the order, I could’ve provided another card and been on my merry way. Instead, I’m left holding 1000+ dollar bag for their screw up.This happened to another friend of mine as well so it’s not an isolated issue. If I were you, I’d shop somewhere else so you can actually get your order (or have some sort of customer service assistance if something does go wrong). Hate leaving fellow business’ poor reviews but I didn’t just “not get my order” here.. I got screwed out of $1000.

Through Amazon I ordered from Kenzie optics a pair of binoculars for myOnce in a lifetime trip to Madagascar. I spent weeks researching which binoculars to get and finally took the plunge to buy very expensive compact binoculars. I paid for fast delivery. So my friend can bring me to Costa Rica in plenty of time. Finally they arrived and I opened with excitement to find a box of cheap headphones. Someone wasSleeping on the job. I returned but now I don’t have binoculars for my trip and lost the postage and extra payments. And no one even reached out to appologize.

Ordered an RCO from these guys a year or so back. the kill flash was missing. called them up and they worked with Trijicon and had one sent to me without issues! fast forward to 2023, I ordered a Unity mount on Amazon (not Kenzie's). got a fake china made one. kicked myself for not purchasing through a reputable company. of course I returned it and purchased a new one through Kenzie's.ship that mount just north to Knoxville! thanks

Kenzie’s is top notch. I purchased a Trijicon ACOG TA110 new from them and the LED portion failed after the first use. I emailed Trijicon and told them where I bought it, they said this was rare and their repair time was 4-6 weeks (Trijicon was very quick and helpful too). Trijicon said to go through Kenzie’s as they recommended them for a faster return! Kenzie’s CS was great. I spoke with a real person and they issued me an RMA immediately. They even went and inspected the replacement optic for function which was above and beyond (while on the phone with me in real time). Email communication was on point and they kept me in the loop the whole time. They had my new optic turned around in a week and I didn’t miss a weekend at the range! I cannot recommend them enough. I’ll be sure to go through them any time I need to.
