Chris was absolutely wonderful! Came for an oil change because the car has been sitting in a driveway for a while (8 months), but turns out I didn’t need one and he had his mechanics check the car’s fluid levels and provide peace of mind for free! Chris is down to earth and prioritizes the customers and wants to save their money instead of nickel and diming like other places. I would wholeheartedly recommend this fine establishment! I’m actually from California and came over to Georgia to visit my grandmother and other family, but I wish they had this place back in California. Keep providing excellent service! Thank you.

I'd been meaning to go to KO Automotive for a while now, getting a good vibe every time I saw the place in passing (I've learned over the years to trust my instincts), especially after reading their good reviews, not only on Google but also elsewhere---in fact, CARFAX lists them as the Top-Rated Shop of 2023. I finally got my chance in mid-March of 2024, bringing in a coupon for a brake fluid service, which was technically expired but the owner, Chris, still honored it, and I'm glad I did. ** Their good reviews are justified! **
I got a brake inspection in addition to the brake fluid flush, and although Chris told me I had some time left before I had to get brake work done, I opted to go ahead and get a complete brake job done anyway (after all, I have limited PTO--paid time off--at my job, so I must make the most of these days off); plus I'm impulsive anyway, lol. I also asked about possible causes of reduced gas mileage, and Scott told me about old spark plugs being a prime culprit, so I got mine checked, and sure enough they were worn out (they showed me the spark plugs beforehand). So I opted to get a tune-up as well, and here a couple of weeks later, I can ALREADY see a difference in my gas mileage! These guys are completely knowledgeable about all things automotive, and they are very professional.
Another thing----it's not just about their professionalism, expertise and courtesy...they are also *down to earth*. Scott and I reminisced about growing up in Woodstock and all the changes there in recent decades. Also, while my car was being serviced, Chris took his ease among us customers there in the lobby (some of whom he knew personally), and it was like being in your living room among friends/family, listening to the lively banter between him and us. It was refreshing! I've never experienced such an at-ease environment in any other automotive shop, that's for sure
Overall, this is a superb shop, the techs are good at what they do, the staff is great, and the prices are reasonable. For years I've been looking for a place to take my car(s), going through the typical trial-and-error along the way. But I think I've finally found my go-to shop with KO Automotive!!
(p.s., the only possible non-positive thing about K.O. Automotive is, parking is somewhat limited...)

Went to another shop a while back that was pretty sketchy and ended up doing some shotty work. I have been coming to KO ever since. Chris has recognized me since the first visit and has always worked with me and my crazy schedule. I don't do reviews often, but as a business owner myself it's definitely deserved. I'll continue to bring my vehicles here and refer others to do the same

I brought my car in after my husband and son couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I dropped it off late Friday evening and they got to it on Tuesday. They called me told me what my problem was told me the cost and I said go ahead fix it. They stayed in contact with me the whole time. They are super nice people, very fair on prices. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are now my only go to place for my automotive needs. Chris and Scott are absolutely wonderful.

Scott and crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Comfortable waiting area for customers. They also gave me a no pressure heads-up about repairs that need to be done in the not too distant future (brakes) Highly recommended!!!
