Horrendous customer service. Their machine wouldn't accept my signature and you have to try multiple times. "What are you doing wrong? What are you doing, it doesn't like it!" Didn't say thank you or have a good day. I switched from my local pharmacy to this one for the fuel points. It only took them the first time getting a prescription there and they've already lost my business. Just be nice to people.

I can say nothing bad about this pharmacy. They fill my meds in a timely manner. I have had bad experiences with other pharmacies. They have always been polite to me.

I had a wonderful cashier named Malonie I think. Very very sweet and helpful. It's rare these days to have a customer service person to be so friendly.

You won't find a better pharmacy in town...The people are very friendly & they are ALWAYS up front & honest if they don't have what you need but will ALWAYS get it quickly!!!

My first experience was great but this second experience was not! My Doctor called in me a prescription when I went in to get they told me it would be an hour we’ll close to 2 hours went by when I went in to pick it up and they then tell me it isn’t ready and it would be at least another 15 minutes. You know some people go to pick up their prescriptions not feeling well and this is very poor customer service!!

Anytime I ask about a prescribtion since I broke my wrist in 3 different places they are rude! I rarely ever get any type medication but when speaking with them they are rude. Horrible Customer Service. I’m switching pharamacys.

I have been using them for a few years now. BUT TODAY!!!!!! My hubby and I called about his refill and the tech we spoke to was very rude and when I politely let her know that her tone was rude she hung up on me. I have never been spoken to or treated this way as a customer at ingles .When I called back to speak to the pharmacist another tech answer and she help to figure out the problem.

I normally wouldn't review a grocery store but this is a very high quality Ingles! I live in Kennesaw so I don't usually do any shopping in Cartersville but let me just say I'm jealous. The prepared foods, nut section, deli, and bakery here are very impressive and the prices are affordable. I came in for the Starbucks and ended up buying a couple things and eating lunch here, lol. The bathroom was clean too which is another plus.

I stopped to pick up some donuts for my coworkers at AutoZone this morning. Was greeted with a big smile on Christina's face. She was eager to help me and get me on my way with hot fresh donuts!! Thank you Christina for your excellent customer service:-)

Very rude customer service. I just wanted my daughter’s prescriptions transferred to a different Ingles Pharmacy so I could pick them up earlier than noon. The pharmacy technician on duty at the time was very rude and more interested in giving cov-id19 vaccinations. She also hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the pharmacist on staff and she rushed me off the phone and talked over me. I used to fill all my family’s prescriptions here, but we definitely WON’T Be back. They don’t even deserve one star.
