Nice staff for the most part. I shop here all the time if not just to avoid this cartersville walmart. Good deals here at the ingles. Only issue is... if you don't check expiration dates at this location before you put it in the cart there is a very good chance you will get home with something that has expired or will expire far before you use it all. I've brought it to management attention a couple times. Didn't work. I get it that it needs to get sold to keep food costs down but no excuse for Tropicana Orange juice to be on the shelves that expired a week ago. Just check the dates on sandwich and breakfast meat.. ALL dairy products .. especially yogurt and coffee creamer I have a package of boars head bacon that I just bought today... expires Sunday

We have tried to get Covid shots for a month. It will not put up appointments. The lady at ingles was VERY rude to my daughter in law.

Sorry, ordered a 12" Italian sub ( grinda, hero, hoagie) and it just was not good. Pre cut cold cuts ( pulled out if a wax paper pack, slapped down on a sub standard roll), sub par bread, see above. Don't do it !

I normally wouldn't review a grocery store but this is a very high quality Ingles! I live in Kennesaw so I don't usually do any shopping in Cartersville but let me just say I'm jealous. The prepared foods, nut section, deli, and bakery here are very impressive and the prices are affordable. I came in for the Starbucks and ended up buying a couple things and eating lunch here, lol. The bathroom was clean too which is another plus.

I stopped to pick up some donuts for my coworkers at AutoZone this morning. Was greeted with a big smile on Christina's face. She was eager to help me and get me on my way with hot fresh donuts!! Thank you Christina for your excellent customer service:-)

Huge clean store. Amazing selection of products. Never really been Ingels fan, but had to find strawberries after Thanksgiving, and I went in. I really did not have time to compare prices with Kroger but if I lived in Cartersville, I would most likely use this store. Cashier Katie and the Bagger boy, Brandon, both were were very friendly and professional.

This pharmacy has always been super great. But today, when I took my prescription in, there was a lady working that was different than what I'm use to. As soon as I approached counter at 12 noon the lady said "if you are leaving a script it will not be available until after 4pm. I said that's fine. Then I saw a huge sign saying ask about the ingles pharmacy app, so I did. She stated that she don't take any prescriptions so not a problem that she has had to experience.?? Then she ran my script in system and said bring it back on 5th cause it hadn't been full month. So I took my script to a different pharmacy and it was filled promptly. Very Strange!!

I witnessed a teen open a bottle of what appeared to be ketchup and put it to his mouth in Ingles on 41. I notified the manager on duty who had no interest, and I told her so. I called the police and they said the store would have to notify them. Well OK then.

Since I've been shopping at this store for nearly five years, I've experienced lots of ups and downs because like any large business, there are variables. Overall, I will say that the service here is extraordinarily friendly and plentiful even if the pace is slower, perhaps because it's in a small town and has a largely elderly customer base. In the food deli, sometimes portions are oversized and sometimes they're skimpy. The only thing keeping this location from receiving five stars from me is the fact that Ingle's, according to management, has a policy of no back stock. And since Cartersville lacks a Costco or Sam's Club, without quantity limits Ingle's runs out of staples and discounted items quickly and consistently. One can witness restaurants and charities filling carts with large amounts of milk gallons, tomato sauce, etc. on a regular basis. Regardless, I would recommend this store to anyone, townie or tourist.

One of the friendliest and most helpful pharmacies I’ve ever used. I had stopped in awhile back (at the Joe Frank Harris location in Cartersville) to see about tracking down a special order. While I had no longer been able to find this particular item at my regular pharmacy, Ingles spent a fair amount of effort trying to track it down for me. Not only were they able to find the item in question, but were also able to secure it for a much better price than I had previously been paying for it! While it may have been a happy coincidence that they found it at a better price, the fact that they were so amicable and helpful made all the difference in the world. Looks like I’ve found myself a new favorite pharmacy!

Their "lower prices and high qualtiy" are simply not true. Of 3 regular wine brands I purchase at Publix, they were all significantly more at Ingles by approx 40% . One that is $9.99 was at 12.99, one that is 12.99 was at 17.99, and one that is 14.99 was 19.99!! these Ingles prices , these were the "discounted prices" you supposedly receive with the Ingles card. When it comes to meats, the same cuts between the 2 stores were much higher at Inlgles, and extremely tough from Ingles. Baby Back Pork ribs were $5.49 per lb at Ingles, and $4.89 per lb at Publix. Ingles ribs were so tough that we only picked at them - I believe it's because the Ingles ribs were from older pork (hogs vs pigs). In addition, the rib eye steaks purchased several months ago were very tough - again, older beef. Will not shop there unless desperate, but it's sad that many customers are fooled into thinking its cheaper but better qualtiy. Lastly, the plastic grocery bags tear up too easily.
