As soon as I walked in me and my friend (neither of us white) gets stared down immediately and they looked at us as if we were crazy. And then immediately asked if we had any misdemeanors and felonies and the. reassured the fact that we have to pass a background check and drug test. Meanwhile hesitating to even hand out the application.
