“I went here when my son was over hyper. He was dx with ADD/ADHD. The prescription medication made him sleepy and drooling out of his mouth. Melody and I spoke about 2 herbal supplements for me to try 1) focus attention was 2) hopps- or something like that. My son did amazing. He was happy with who is was and he was sleeping better all night long and his grades were improving.I recommended this location always!”

“Always a nice spot to stop by on hot days, which there is no shortage of in the South. On top of the implied smoothies (which are fantastic and come with a variety of health boosting addins and proteins of your dietary preference, not to mention tasty flavors) there's a storefront to get your own protein powder for at home smoothies and bagels (from local baker Nagels Bagels) and health bar options plus some quick, un-crud addled energy drinks for your midday or morning boosts of energy. The staff is also really helpful in finding what you're looking for in terms of fitness goals and means to supplement them. I wouldn't bring a whole crowd or anything but there's also seating within and without the building should you choose a moment of respite before getting back to the day.”
