I wanted to take a moment to commend Delma at Harbor Freight for her exceptional service yesterday. She was incredibly patient and helpful with my husband and me. Delma's knowledge about all the equipment was impressive, and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. She also did an amazing job explaining the warranty breakdown and 0% financing options. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure. Delma truly went above and beyond, and we are grateful for her outstanding assistance. I hat a few looks bc we were getting a pretty large generator. But what people don't know is my mother is on 100% oxygen and we literally just bought a new freezer 2 days prior. A huge full size standing freezer because her other one went out so we are not loosing all her food. The point is, even though ithrrs may have been irritated bc we had questions. She was an absolute delight. We surely now going to be long time customers!!

Their prices aren't as good as they used to be have all this stuff to do wiring in the house or the car but no wiring that they sell
