We are Diamond Members and this is an older Hampton in need of a make over. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn't cold. They had no cart available after I had made 3 trips to the room. The door at the back smells like a dirty ashtray. We picked this location because it advertised a pool. OMG! I have never had such a lovely experience at a hotel before. Hayley and Lori with room service was so phenomenal and kept our room so clean while we stayed. Natalie the manager was soooo sweet and Tosha up front was so helpful!

I had an incredible experience. From the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel to the amazingly kind staff! Natalie the GM was wonderful and has an excellent hotel, I definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cartersville Georgia
