Completely unprofessional bank. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Was told by customer service I should open an account with a different bank. Never helpful in any way. Very Rude staff.

My BLACK husband went through the drive-thru today and was expecting a simple withdrawal. He asked for a withdrawal slip, provided his ID and then sent it. Upon the teller getting his information and looking into his account, she proceeded to question him about his ID, his address and that it didn't exactly match what they had on file. Mind you- the only difference is the address- name, DOB, height, weight and race is perfectly displayed. After he verified all the information she asked of him, they still managed to have him wait more than 15mins for a manager to override the transaction?? Since when do our ID's have to exactly match the address on file? We just moved, hell- we have to update our address within 30 DAYS!Been to several locations prior to this and never have had this happen! We've been with the bank since before 2011!! But since he was BLACK, that's what led her to question his transaction. RACIAL PROFILLING!!!Better believe we've called corporate and submitted a formal complaint.

Every couple months something new “goes wrong” with my account from the time my partner lost their card and the bank canceled mine instead to the numerous times the system has removed me as joint owner of the account resulting in hours of us at the bank and being told it was “fixed” to only be told I can’t deposit money because I wasn’t a joint owner. I am done with this bank. Their service sucks, the tellers are rude and their system is buggy as all get out. Don’t use this bank.

We chose Hamilton to be the bank for our business largely because of location, if I'm being totally honest, but we are very happy with the choice. The staff has been incredibly helpful and nice. They always remember me when I come in and ask how business is. They could be a little more updated with technology, which is my only complaint (come on, Apple Pay!), but I know that's hard to keep up with as a small bank. Overall, Hamilton has been a great bank to work with, and we look forward to a good, long relationship.
