Usually a smooth, albeit slow experience. Today, I had an appalling issue with a cashier. She tried to raise a sticker price from 7.09 to 20$ AT THE REGISTER! Claudia was very sweet and tried to help right the issue by negotiating the NEW price down to 13$. I understand it may have been tagged wrong, but when an item is priced by an employee, the business should honor the tagged price.
The cashier was also very rude, I'm glad that she called someone a bit more professional over.

Prices are too high. They get everything for free but suddenly the $2 walmart pot is $6. Corporate greed at its finest. The estimated goodwill revenue in 2023 was $7 BILLION dollars. The CEO makes $900k annually. What happened to the mission statement? CORPORATE. GREED. Ask me one more time to round up to "support our cause" MY PURCHASE IS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE DOING THAT NOW ISNT IT? Tired of the bullcrap.

Marking children’s books as adult books. Brought this up the manager and she did not correct the error and instead said prices are not consistent. Last time, I was told that when books are nicer quality and cleaner, they price them higher. Adult books are triple the price of children’s books. It’s not much money, but as a teacher on a limited income who buys books for her students, it makes a huge difference for our classroom. It seems the only books we should have in our library are those that are torn. I have been to other Goodwills and the manger has given the correct price if there has been a error made. Please do better, Cartersville Goodwill.

Not work even stopping in. Their prices are completely asinine. Shows are all priced up to $12 for the worst quality shoes you can imagine. Seemed like a practical joke.

It has taken me a long time to write a review because I just don’t like leaving bad ones and always feel like the next experience will be better. One of my favorite things to do is shop at Goodwill, but I will never at this location again. Customer Service is very lacking and both times I’ve went to drop donations have been experiences much less than satisfactory. The first time, they refused the donation because I was 4 minutes passed drop off time, which I could understand and would’ve been somewhat okay with had their attitude not been so poor. The final straw was today when I, the customer, attempted to build a little rapport. The guy had AirPods in and after 4x of asking me what I was saying, he sighed and took them out of his ears so he could hear me. He then proceeded inform me they couldn’t take part of the donation. If you want to have a good experience, especially when donating, I recommend the Calhoun location. Every experience both shopping and donating have been great there.

No reason the dressing room should still be closed. Return policy only allows for gift cards instead of original form of payment

Cashier is rude! I will not be shopping here again if he is my only option to check out! He has been rude the past several times we have been there! But today was the final straw.
