I had a lot of bad experiences with repair shops in the past but Garrett Automotive is a cut above your average shops out there.
At the desk, Hannah and Courtney are very pleasant and courteous to work with as well as the guys in the shop.
The owner John is exceptionally knowledgeable of the industry and has a lifetime of old school know-how! Not the cheapest, but in this day and time you get what you pay for !
Highly recommend!

VERY happy with our experience at Garrett’s. Went in for a routine oil change and it quickly turned into a much bigger issue that was lingering (that we didn’t know about). Hanna was quick to get in touch with our extended warranty company and got everything situated with it. We will be using Garrett’s for all of our future car needs. Thank you!

I got a flat tire late at night after hours. I ended up pulling in to Garrett’s after hours without a clue on what my next step was. Next thing I know two very nice gentlemen walked out and immediately came to my aid. They patched and filled my tire with air without hesitation. Great people great shop wonderful from these men.

My mom and I were on a long day of traveling to Atlanta and something in the car decided to make our trip more interesting. We took a quick exit and googled nearby mechanics and found this lovely place. We are not from the area and had a surprise issue arise and they could not have been more helpful with us. Obviously depending on the time and day things can be busy and there’s nothing they can do, but they were able to squeeze us in and resolve the issue when they had no reason to help us other than being very kind and caring. We appreciate everything you did for us. Time to get to our flight!

I took a car i was interested in buying there for an inspection. After the inspection i got the all clear and was even told the car was in great condition and all I’d need is new rotors soon. So i bought the car the same week. 1 week after i bought the car my oil light came on. I had no oil in the car at all. Bone dry. So either on a basic PPI they didn’t check the oil levels, or they failed to see that the car is leaking/burning insane amounts of oil. Fast forward 3 weeks, I’ve had the car for 1 month, I’ve put 9 quarts of oil in the car in one month as it keeps running out, and my check engine light has come on twice. I’m not sure what the inspected when they looked at this car but i could be out 15000 because i trusted them

The people there are professionals, not only are they very friendly but they know their stuff really well. I had issues with my car and two flat tires and they fixed it up the next day.

I came to this location based upon their reviews, and I am so happy that I did! It was obvious that they were busy. I'm on crutches and needed to get back to S.C. The owner not only test drove my vehicle, but he was able to diagnose the main issue, order the parts, and had me on my way in no time. I needed a coil and plug for my Expedition. The wait was pleasant. The young lady at the front was very kind and helpful! Price was reasonable and very fair for last-minute service! He is honest and caring, and I truly appreciate him (John, I think)! Take the worry and frustration out of looking, head on over to Garrett Automotive for all your mechanical needs! True blessing!!!?

Coming from canada our car broke down and these guys came to our rescue and got our car fixed in no time, we really do appreciate it and their costumer service is through the roofs. These guys do a really good job with their work so we recommend you go here to get your car fixed from here.
