I had a warranty problem with my table saw. The Rigid Company gave me bad information by giving me a list of their service providers. It turned out none of those providers still did warranty work for Rigid (or the business had closed). Manager Josh, sorry I didn't get his last name, was so very helpfu and helped me solve my problem. BIG THUMBS UP TO JOSH AND HOME DEPOT.

Have shopped at this Home Depot a few times. They do have a great selection of flowers. That's about the only thing I have needed from this location. Customer service is okay!

So this was my first time placing a curbside pickup order I brought a broom and a debris dustpan. So it was a big dustpan meant for outdoor pickup. What I didn't know was that it would come with the dirt already in it! I kid you not this guy actually put this thing in my car I didn't notice till I got home and took it out that someone had apparently used it before he brought it out to the car it already had dirt in it and was scuffed up! I wondered why it was taking him so long to put my items in the car since I only got three small items. Now that I think about it I think he was trying to knock some of the dirt out of it but clearly there was some left! It was a really bad rainy day so I didn't bother taking it back because it was going to be for the outdoors anyway but just knowing that this was the value they placed on the items that they sold that they would bring a dirty used dustpan and put it in my vehicle. After all I did pay the full price for a new item and didn't expect to get a scuffed up dirty item even if it was for the outdoors. I don't think I'll be placing any more orders here again.

Impossible to find staff, I found what I was looking for and headed to check out. Again no one at check out only to be told to check my own items out when an employee walked over. I set everything down and advised "this is how it is now". Not for me, and never again. Self checkout cost workers their jobs... and now cost them customers.

I'm living back in Cartersville, GA following my husband's death. It's where I grew up and was married in the mid-sixties. Ive always shopped at Home Depot. We moved to Atlanta after he served in the US Navy. Home Depot quickly became my go-to "hardware!store", primarily because the sales associates are extraordinarily helpful and demonstrate how much they enjoy their work. I was delighted to find a conveniently-located Home Depot right here! Now I am shopping for items to update my new home. Thank you, Home Depot!

Tgis Home Depot has the friendliest associates anywhere! I had totally given up my search for a long, rigid, and lightweight pole, and was walking to the exit when Ashley, who was working the self-checkout lanes, approached me and asked if she could help me. I doubted that HD even had what I was looking for, but she looked it up on her PDA and helped me find it! She is simply amazing, and hope she gets promoted! Thanks again!

In general the store is okay and employees are great however, my complaint is that I went on a Saturday to purchase/order a storm door and screen door for my home. The employees who helped were great but told me that the person who handles that did not work on Saturdays and it took over an hour to get my order completed as they were not trained on the ordering system! went with a friend to pick up some paint and we were severely under serviced by all staff members. We were left stumbling around the paint isle early in the morning for about half an hour before going out of our way to find help. Then we were provided with insufficient supplies needed for our job. Very very disappointed. Had to make a second trip to the Depot.

I too am disappointed in our Cartersville Home Depot during this serious time with Covid-19. Employees not practicing social distancing with customers nor are they wearing masks. They are endangering their customers who are trying to follow the regulations. If it’s not an emergency do not go to Home Depot!
