We are new to the area and my fur baby stayed to deteriorate rapidly and I had to make a hard decision at a quality of life appointment for our almost 18 year old dog. Sadly our first visit at this location. Everyone was so kind and compassionate and as sad and unwanted as this day was, they couldn’t have done any better.

The office staff is rude and will not accept any sort of responsibility for mistakes made. They will blame everyone else, including you. I was told an office manager and a kennel manager would contact me to discuss an issue that has happened the last two times my dogs have been boarded and no one has called me back. Bad business. The vets should be concerned about the staff running their office. We wont be back.

Pre-Covid, they were already going downhill. I dislike change and I’ve taken my pets there for years, so we kept going because we liked the doctors. Now, I can’t even get them to answer the phone, and we haven’t seen or spoken to the actual doctors in over a year. They disconnect the call before answering, meaning I have to call at least 2-3 times before anyone even answers the phone. Then their appointments are over a week out, and the folks who answer the phone are borderli

Dr. Tripp and I go back a long time and I can honestly say without a shadow of doubt that he and his team will treat you and your fur babies as part of their own family. I would highly recommend him and his team to everyone I know.

My Murphy was only 8 and very sick. Dr. Tripp and his staff were so kind when I made the decision to let him go (euthanized) .

I will take our pets nowhere else. The employees were all very nice. It went like clockwork and the best part was it was the least expensive Vet visit I've ever had. I was worried about our dogs nervous nature but they were great and it all went off without a hitch. I've had nothing but bad experiences in the last 13 years and this one has changed it all for us. We will be back.

I always see Dr.Potts for all of my animals care but the last visit, I had to see Dr Tripp. I must say that I was very disappointed in the care that I received from Tripp, I will never let him see my animals again! Services that I ask for Dr. Tripp ignored and only did treatment he wanted, this was extremely upsetting! At this point I'm not sure that I will be going back to this vet clinic
