Horrible check out experience. I waited patiently in line for 5 min .Nobody else behind me or in front of me . Finally , a store employee walks by , makes direct eye contact with me , then decides to keep moving and stock the freezer isle. I looked around for another employee. Nobody else was in the store so I asked her loudly if she would check me out . She IGNORES me ! So I walked 5 feet in front of her and said it again . She says nothing and slings the door to freezer and gets an attitude with me . She looked annoyed and disgusted I even asked . Then upon check out she said not one word to me . But as soon as the person who got behind me came up to register , she said real loudly hey how are you today and was friendly to them . I go in all the time and never an issue . She was white with blonde pink hair and kinda chubby . Didn’t see a name . I shopped there all the time , but now I might as well go elsewhere from her behavior and treatment of me !!

Expired bread twice,one day I walked in bought two 2-liters of coke and a energy drink I walked out with just the 2 liters in a bag came back and said I forgot my energy drink it was in a different bag,I asked a employee that checked me out if she seen my energy drink she said the customer behind me must of got it by mistake,so the store manager goes and looks at the camera and apparently says she saw the energy drink in the bag,which is false and would not resolve my issue accused me of stealing the forgotten drink ..key note pay your employees more and they will do there job correctly this is poor customer service and poor judgement and very rude

This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺️.

Friendly staff, usually well stocked, self checkout keeps things smooth. I find this store comforting and convenient. I love that they have produce and decorations.
