After promising they would get a seat back seat for a vehicle I purchased for six months they finally stopped answering the phone altogether. We have foster kids and we need a larger vehicle so I purchased a passenger van only on the condition they would get the missing seat. I left about 400 voicemails, they just refuse to answer the phone or call me back.

I thought it was a good place but after purchasing a bmw from them. It ran for 2 whole days then broke down. They made me wait 3 weeks to even think about fixing it. Finally get it back and the mechanic left all the bolts out of the armor plating otw home it ripped off and messed up again. Then told they come fix it. Come got it and think they are gonna repo it. Then block me and my wife's number and tell me they won't fix the problem they caused. So the lemon law will b good. I drove the car 2days . I will get my money back. Georgia has a lemon law and I have rights so buyer beware

Yesterday I was in dire need of a second vehicle and was up in Cartersville for a test drive at another place, that was a waste of time and happened to come across this one . I was very happy they worked with me got me what I needed and made it fun to be there. So friendly and helpful.

They help you if you buy a car and it brake down they will fix it or give you a nice car to replace your other one.

I've bought 2 cars from here & never had any issues. Always friendly to me. 1st vehicle was a Jeep Cherokee drove it for 5yrs put 100,000 miles on it & then my son drove it for another yr & a half before we sold it never did anything to it but routine maintenance. Just purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima car runs great & my mechanic gave it a big ?up. I appreciate them and highly recommend that you check them out when you are car shopping.

The tech who works out of their shop is rude and was very vulgar towards people at the parts store. Wouldn't recommend him to work on your vehicle.

Bought a car from them paid 2,000 down owed 4,000 they sold the contract then the price went up to us owing 10,000...crooks,never buy anything from them unless u bring toilet paper

Wonderful lady working the desk. Very friendly, always smiling. Willing to work with you on pay dates (within reason though, duh!) Car has some minor issues, but is ding what I bought it for (getting my butt to and from work daily).
