Terrible customer service in pharmacy. I held on line for 12 minutes and no answer. Drove there to get my prescriptions and waited another 15 minutes in line. This place does not have enough help. The employees are doing all they can but cvs does not apparently pay enough to get enough employees. This has been going on for a year. It is time to move my business to another pharmacy.

Literally the worst staff I called said my sons prescription would be ready at 2:20 after waiting in line for a hour to be told very rudely that it wasn't and they couldn't even tell me when it would be. Changing to Walgreens across the st they are much better.

The lack of effort, concern, or efficiency with this pharmacy is honestly pathetic. The pharmacist can be visibly seen through the drive thru line on her phone. Meanwhile prescriptions are delayed and it’s just supposed to be ok? What a joke. Save time, money, and sanity and just go somewhere else.

Don't go through the drive through unless you have an hour to spend in line while the old lady inside is playing on her phone and visiting with her coworkers instead of taking care of the customers who are wrapped around the building. This was not an isolated incident as it happens every time I go to pick up a prescription. Going inside is no better. Time to transfer my scripts to a pharmacy that appreciates my business

My son as RSV dropped off his meds here at 11am today. went to work come back at 6 pm and I still have to wait on his meds to be filled. This place is stupid. Done with CVS

If i could give less I would. The pharmacy is the worst! The techs are rude! Deondra and Karen are the two worst ones! They tell you a script will be ready and you come back four times and 8 hours later it is done. You try and try to be nice and your treated horribly! What is going on here? This place is really going down hill bad! Take your money and go somewhere else! Run! Get people who actually care about you!

Store is fine. Grateful they still have some open 24 hours. However, was informed while I was waiting on my prescriptions that the bathrooms close at 10:00 p.m.

I have been using CVS for years. What I have observed is they are struggling in the pharmacy. Employees are overwhelmed and desperately in need of help. It is unfortunate that they are unable to provide better support for customers. I am sure they are very much aware of this. The corporate office of CVS, particularly, the wizards that determine staffing at the pharmacy, are concerned with the bottom line rather than customer service. Mistakes can happen under these conditions which can lead to problems. Please be kind to the employees. They are trying their best.!

Bad experience they did not apply my credits and discounts with the coupons. And then the pharmacy when I moved here to use the CVS pharmacy I was told that they had the good RX plan even with my insurance, but when I tried to use it, they told me if I want a cheap medicine to go to Walmart. So I moved my prescriptions back to my old Pharmacy at Ingles. I’m done with CVS.

The night shift staff are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. This CVS is different from any of the others I’ve visited, in a very good way.

Please do not use this pharmacy unless you just want to kill some time. I have seen syrup move faster in the winter. I have seen this woman staring at this computer screen for at least 10 minutes with out moving..( except to yawn and stretch. So far have been in line over 20 minutes and two customers have been helped. Worst customer service I have ever experienced .... Update. Waited almost 2 hours to be told that this CVS is not carrying the prescription and is not required to let anyone know when they receive an order they can not fill.

This is absolutely the worst nightmare of a pharmacy EVER. The pharmacy does not answer the phone...drive thru not open....and if you go in expect to stand in a long line even just to ask a question. I finally gave up trying to call, sat in drive thru and was never acknowledged, walked in and had 10 people standing in line in front of me. If you are looking for a pharmacy who cares about the customer and your health, making sure you have the medication you need when you need it....this is %200 not your pharmacy. It is a hot mess...BTW when I went in, there were 7 employees standing in the pharmacy. 7. No one answering the phone, no one working the drive thru. 2 standing drinking red bull and one standing at a computer in the back. Hot. Mess.

I came to the store today to pick up a few items before a small road trip … granted I looked disheveled because I had to jump up and do a lot this morning. There was a pale, white woman I wanna say with black hair with a long black ponytail who kept following me around the store as if I was going to steal something that made me extremely uncomfortable. I took some time in the store because I was texting people in my family back and forth to see if they needed something while I was in the store and they were taking forever .. so I was walking around checking out the sales and pricing other products that I get from other stores to see if CVS was cheaper. Every step I took she was watching me and following me. I have never in my life felt so bothered. She went aS far as to stand by the self checkout and check me out herself. Isn’t self checkout for me to do myself????? I guess that’s her way of seeing if I stole something … she went as far as to look me up and down and around me to see if I had anything in my pockets. I will not be returning to this store. I am thinking about canceling my cvs subscription and go to Walgreens. I AJ e to pick up my daughters prescription but I’ll go through the drive through to get it and then I won’t be back there ever again. !!!! Everyone is not a crook. !!!
