My dad was traveling and completely confused. Nina helped him, spoke with me on the phone, found him the correct charger for his phone - from another carrier. She put his destination in his GPS and then she encouraged him to nap in his van and she would look out for him until he felt better. So thankful for wonderful people... read full comment
