By far the best chicken livers and "hobo" style potatoes within a three hour drive. Prices are great; I got two days' worth of food for under $10, and I will definitely be back!

This place should be closed down. The kitchen needs more updated and hood were food is made should be cleaned several times more a year. Purchased a case of beer that was scunk. the owner will not replace it or make things write.gas prices are always higher, have seen were he was price Goulding which is not correct. Pumps don't work and always having problems with not taking a debit card.so if any one has had this kind of problems like me let's just stop going and give this place bad reviews.

Only gas station around and no restroom for the public. Everything here is dirty. No way would I eat here. Gas pumps are all broken and graffiti on them that looks like human feces. Seriously. Current images on google are very old. See current ones I posted.

One of the few places that still treats people like family. I would rather come to country corner than any other place.

The fried swai, catfish, and pork chops are spot on. If you like all three, making a lunch decision can be extremely difficult. Portion sizes are good. The fried chicken is good. I doubt this will be anyone's favorite given the preponderance of fried chicken places but it's ok. Fried chicken liver and chicken gizzards (sold separately) are nicely done. Addictive if you are into these meats. New to the menu in late March/early April are the tacos. Have not tried them yet. Seems to be available in soft flour tortillas - that could be a bit of a bummer for hard shell and/or corn tortilla fans. Each taco comes with meat, cheese, lettuce and chopped tomatoes if memory serves. No other toppings I believe, save taco sauce. The veggies are there as almost an obligatory service - the efforts are on the meats and fish. The mashed potatoes are utilitarian as well as the white gravy. No brown gravy unfortunately. The green beans are nicely done for what they are. Might be a bit salty for the salt sensitive.Breakfast comments are not overly flattering. Most describe the food as ok and bit pricey. But with little competition in the neighborhood and a much better lunch options, it'll keep people coming back and hopefully visitors willing to try the fish and pork chops out.Joe Bob says check it out.Tips: If you are coming in after lunchtime call ahead for your order.

Horrible. Gas prices always. $.10 higher then any other gas station.
