My insurance company was horrible on helping me fix my car but Mr. Frank was super patient with the company and even me despite my frustrations with the process. He was very polite and very kind with all interactions always explaining and educating me on the ins and outs of the process. Highly recommended especially if you want to be treated like a human and not a dollar sign . Thanks Mr. Frank.

In late October, while on my way to work, I was driving on I-75 when a tire tread from an 18-wheeler in the left lane hit the right side of my vehicle's front bumper, causing damage. I contacted my insurance company, who recommended a specific location that wanted to keep my vehicle for over a month. I was distraught, disappointed, and frustrated, but someone suggested I try Collision Restoration. I met with Frank, the business owner, and explained my situation. He explained the repair process in detail and provided a written quote based on a visual inspection. We agreed on the price and timeline for the work to be completed: one week. The level of customer service and artistry I received exceeded my expectations. I needed a ride back from Enterprise Rental, and Leah offered to pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for an Uber. It was the best customer service experience I've had in years.

Frank and everyone else were great to work with. From the very beginning I was told exactly what to expect and how things would progress. Whenever I needed an update, I was able to call and know exactly where they were and what they still had to do. In the end, the job that was done was excellent. Not to mention, they were able to deliver my car to me, which was a tremendous help! Hopefully I do not have to, but I would go back to them without hesitation.

I dealt with Frank, and he's a man of honor. Personal attention, honest, forthright, and fair. Highly recommend. I use a wheelchair and the damage done to my vehicle made it impossible to get my chair out. He jumped on the ball without hesitation. I'm very grateful.
