The people in this office are amazing. I have never really had a steady Dr. and usually just use emergency care when I have issues. I ended up choosing this office for my primary care over a year ago and I am glad I did I feel like family here. EVERYONE in the office is focused on me and my health every time I walk in. I feel like family here.

Billing practices are unethical. Was listed as in network with Cigna. 9 months later I am being billed for my visit!
The visit itself was fine--but now I am fighting billing when I was told it was in network

Going to be switching primary practices. The only concern the doctors have is to prescribe as many things as they can bill your insurance for. The doctors are unprofessional and don't care about what you have to say.
Jeffery Culpepper was my Primary care physician before he retired and was replaced by a lady with a heavy accent who speaks so fast you can't understand a word she says before she boots you out the door. The other doctor can be heard scolding the nurse staff being extremely rude towards them. It's sad that these doctors go to school for years just to not care about the patients they see.
