The staff is attentive and the facilities are clean. The service availability is expansive. There's plenty of options for food available. Unlike the Pilot across the street, EVERY fuel pump is working. However, TA has this nasty policy of marking almost all of its parking as reserved. And I've seen the shop manager actively enforcing this. This costs $25 if you're not a rewards member. I will say this over and over and over: Reserved Parking for truckers is a SCAM! A few spots I get, but 90% of the lot!? If not for the parking SCAM, this location would've got 5-Stars.

The people here are scaming drivers out of money. Parked here at four in the afternoon. Waited until 7:30pm to notify that I am parked in unmarked reserved spot. They ride around all day on a golf cart and waits till the park lot was full to trap you into paying.

Do not order the steak from IHOP at this TA. I asked for Medium and it was raw. I went to Burger King and, get this, they only had chicken because their grill was not working. Not a good day for the TA.

I normally boycott all TA's due to rudeness, but I had a delivery for the store (was actually dreading it). But I did my job and went there unbeknownst to me everyone there was friendly. It's the first one I've ever been to where they would actually help and not be on the phone while trying to check you out. So if you're in the area drop by, say hi. On another note TA's always do have some awesome foods

Shower was roomy and clean but the water did not get hot. It was barely warm.. I had to hurry and get out the shower because I was cold! The Popeyes was okay. The chicken was hot and fresh. There is also a Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Express, and IHOP inside. The Pilot is right across the street and has McDonald's inside.

Imagine charging ludicrous prices to park for the night and not even have wifi. Its honestly a shame how this state treats truck drivers. TA/Petro being the best examples of greed.

Broke down here with no phone. These people went out of their way to be a blessing to me. Caring understanding and helpful. Not only did they listen but they went out of their way to assist me. These folks were not only Good Samaritans but they are genuinely decent human beings. They were non judgemental and treat everyone with respect. When you break down on the road these are the kind of people that you pray will find you and help. I can't say enough for how decent people these are. Bravo and thank you so much.

Anything you need and everything you want. Clean restrooms and showers, four fast food joints in the building plus a restaurant. Ample parking for big rigs and overnight sleepers.

#76-2021 Contrary to dismal reviews from others this is strictly for mine on this day. Breakfast. Located in the TA travel center one of their Country pride restaurants reopen for business again like all the other ones along with the Petro iron skillets the buffets and the salad bars are long gone replace with tables. As with many places though there is a lot of trouble getting everything stocked and they are not of exception. I came in I was greeted promptly by Stephanie very pleasant waitress and she let me know that they don't have any milk and they don't have any orange juice either until hopefully the truck comes in. But it is what it is that's nothing the deduct any stars over or BS like that you know it happens a lot of places aren't getting stocked with their stuff shelves are empty and you just have to deal with it for God's sake. Knocking out a star because they have no freaking orange juice I mean come on people are you really that anal? So I ordered up a traditional one of the classics one thing I do like is they have the healthier turkey sausage option so I had the two eggs over medium with turkey sausage hash browns and wheat toast. my only drawback was when they brought the wheat toast out it was a little dry and hard so they probably brought me a fresh order and it was yum! Other than that I experienced no problems here the breakfast was everything was hot as could be no problems at all and I would definitely come back for breakfast dinner might be a different story but that's another time but this is definitely a good breakfast spot again and that's nice to see because it was falling apart prior to covid.

Store was ok, Burger King, and Popeyes inside. Friendly service. My two starts are for the bathroom. Eww...no toilet paper in some stalls, more on the floors, dirty faucets and stopped up sink. With the COVID-19, you'd think they would keep the restrooms clean. Definitely did not the fast food. Bathrooms are usually an indication of rest of the place.

Came here looking for gas and a quick breakfast. It was raining outside and the first thing you notice is that there is nowhere to park where you can avoid the rain. Even though the gas pumps have a cover over them, you will still get rained on. I arrived to this location around 8AM and the popeyes and taco bell were still closed. Only the Burger King was open and they had a limited menu. The location did have a diner open but I didn't want to take the time to get food.

With a new grand baby in Atlanta, we are going to be making lots of trips from Chattanooga. While I love traveling, I hate public restrooms. It's so hit or miss. Some places surprise you with decent restrooms and some places surprise you with restrooms that you don't even want to touch the door handle. So, when I find someplace that has really nice restrooms, I take notice. These restrooms were clean, not at all like most of the restrooms you find on the road. They also have a Taco Bell, Popeyes and a Burger King. There is game arcade inside too. Definitely making this our regular stop on the way!
