Nice small shop. Just visiting our friends and always looking for local small businesses to support. My husband found a pair of super comfortable Georgia boots, plus some ammo. How cool is that? The staff are great. Will be back our next visit.

'Seem more interested in the business of gun & leather goods sales than in shoe repair, unfortunately. It's too bad because the owner's dad had the shoe repair shop on Tennessee St. & we need a good cobbler in Cartersville.Otherwise, nice employees, owner & store.

if I could do no starts I would. my father took some shoes in to get resole, the told him the price and he paid in advance. when he goes to pick them up, they change the price and won't release them to him until he pays more. "the employee charged the wrong price at the beginning " I'm calling bullshit! lure you in with a low price and hold your property hostage u till you pay more. my advice find somewhere else that's honest. Y the way no apology or try to make it right. Attitude was oh well you want your stuff Mack pay me!

I had a pair of my kids boots repaired here. I was shocked to find a shoe repair locally. Once I got in there, I noticed they had all types of cool things. They have guns, knifes, leather goods, boots for sale, women's purses with hidden pouches, all types of neat things. On top of my fascination with the store, the boot repair was phenomenal. Not only was it quick, the price was great, and my son's boots look better than new and are now sporting soles that are better than the originals! Thank you!

The owner Rick and his wife are the sweetest most honest people I've ever met. They will take the time to make sure you get exactly want you want and they don't overcharge. If your looking for boot repair there is no one better. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

This used to be my favorite place to go and look at shoes and find ways to take care of shoes that I have. There was a girl who was about her early 20s who was called doodle by the gunsmith in the back. She was his daughter and she knew what was best and great ways to clean stains out of my suede shoes because I was nervous about bringing mine in. I come back after being away for over a year to hear from her younger sister who now works there that she was let go and that the nice guy Warren had gone too, which I understand things happen and life changes. But when I texted “doodle” asking her why she just kept saying “personal reasons”. Which didn’t feel like the whole truth. I asked her sister working there some things to take care of my new boots and left with some things and a drink. I came back when the owners were there to look for gun cleaning kits and other things I might want. After a few minutes and there being a good bit of people in there I got the feeling I wasn’t really welcome for some reason. Even though the owners had always been nice and saying the strangest things that would make me laugh it didn’t feeling in the store didn’t feel right. Though the building hasn’t changed, the atmosphere did. The new workers are very nice and are good people. And I’ll always come in to get my ammo and boot care items. And maybe one day shoe repair, the store doesn’t feel so welcoming to me. I used to always leave with a smile on my face, but after this time I left uneasy but still getting what I needed. They still have good customer service even with the new people but they could at least reach there new people the same things they taught those that came before. Or at least mention to them to look into stuff for when people ask, because somethings they didn’t know. All in all I do still like the place. And will be back, and I know things changed But this atmosphere change when the owners were there was uncomfortable so I’ll be coming in on the days I don’t see their car when I visit town again.

I meant to add this review awhile back but this place is great. The people in the store were all very good to work with and sold me my first pair of nice boots (haven’t had any in about 4 years). Highly recommend and I will definitely be going back.

If your looking for western wear, boots, hats ect. I wouldn't recommend going here. Definitely NO selection at all. They do have guns and knives though. It's a tiny little place and customer service is lacking. We waited at the gun counter for about 15 minutes before leaving due to no service. Plus we went in looking for boots, shirts and jeans. They have shirts with their logo I guess on them. I Jeter did find womens boots. No jeans either.

Very friendly and very helpful. I recently bought a used handgun from a gun show but the iron sights were old so I needed a replacement. This store was the only one that had what I needed and at A very good price. Will definitely be my go to shop from now on.

Amazing job done. So much care and detail went into giving these boots some new heels. I’ve already dropped off another pair. This guy is the real deal! Highly recommend for shoe repair.

I took my shoes there to have the soles repaired. The person at the counter is not the repair person. He is the screener for repairs. I was told the shoemaker was too busy. This despite the fact I told the screener they are my favorite pair of dress shoes. Simply dis not care. No effort was made to even take the shoes in to see if anything could be done. If you need help, you are wasting your time bringing anything here. Go elsewhere.
