Big shout out to Chris at Carterville Boost Mobile store! My wife and I upgraded Iphones and switched to Boost but had some issues with coverage so Chris spend 2 HRS Sat morning working on switching our sim card for best coverage for us. Would give 10 stars if available!!!! Thanks Chis

Chris at The Boost Mobile in Cartersville has went above & beyond! I came in with a coupon for a claim on a broken device & he more than exceeded at meeting every need I had with replacing my device. He was even kind enough to print my return label & have me post office ready. Shout out to Chris!!! & again, thank you so much for everything you helped me with today. This guy deserves more than 5 stars!! Can we get him 20??

The employees at this store is very helpful. I purchased Xfinity internet from them and since Xfinity can't come out in a reasonable time and I WFH Chris made sure I had internet service by providing me with a temporary phone with WIFI accessibility so O could keep my job. I see they are hiring and I am in dire need of another career and living less then 3 minutes from the store would be perfect for me. I highly recommend this boost store over any other competition around.I.was.with boost since boost started and I have never had an issue that they couldn't or wouldn't solve for me.When you visit this location ask for Chris he would definitely help you.

It's only 2 stars because of store not been opened on time.Hire me please right now, I have been sitting here at this location since 9:47 am EST. Store suppose to open at 10am EST according to the red sign on the door, then it's a blue will be right back sign on the door saying 10:30am EST, it is now 10:45am EST and no one is here. I AM SEEKING A JOB HIRE ME. I will be on time, dependable, dedicated, responsible and I only stay 3 minutes from this location. I am experience in telecommunications and sales.Please hire me, because this is so not fair to returning or new customers that no one is here to service them on time. I would hate to go to Metro because I hate TMobile, but they are open and there on time. Employee pulls up at 10:52 Am EST moving slow and with a very rude response for been late. Don't go to the other Boost locations if you can come to this one. This location is the one you want to go to. I know that first hand. This location is the good location because it is run by competent people. There are 3 other locations closer to me. Turns out one is "temporarily closed." Another one was a situation where the person working there had an accent so heavy I couldn't understand him. He also wasn't able to help me anyway. The third location was mostly in Spanish (the official signs, advertisements, and stuff) when I got there, and also not able to help me anyway even though they did speak English. (The person who had the login codes to fix my issue was out for a week.) This was the 4th location! 5th if you want to count that I also tried to get Boost's online support to help and they couldn't either! Come to the Cartersville location. Ask for Chris. He's great. He was able to help me. It wasn't an easy problem I had either. I even waited to write this review until after my first billing statement after Chris helped me fix my problem to make sure he actually did it correctly. He did. The issue is corrected, and now I am giving him a 5 star review because he was able to fix the issue when the other 3 locations as well as online support failed to do so. Thank you Chris!
