Jonathan and his assistant did an outstanding job in cleaning and detailing my wife’s car! They arrived at our house at the agreed upon date and time and in less than two hours later her Honda CRV looked like it had just rolled out of a new car show room! They brought all of the equipment and supplies needed and it was a pleasure to watch them work through the process they have developed to transform dirty cars into very clean vehicles. I was especially impressed with how clean the interior looked. I highly recommend Jonathan and his assistant for cleaning and detailing any vehicle! Sam G

The team at Big Boy did a great job cleaning my Audi S5. I am quite happy with the results and will be using them again. The car was covered in mildew and gunk from the pine trees at my house and it now shines like new.Services: Wheel washing

You can tell the effort Charlie puts in when detailing. My wife n I are always more than satisfied with his work. Any little detail we ask of him to focus on he makes sure it gets done right. Jonathan with Big Boy Mobile Detailing came to my house yesterday and detailed 3 vehicles for us. This is the second time I have had cars detailed by them. I would not want to use anyone else now. Both times Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The pricing is great and so is the quality of his work. He listens to what you want done and delivers. Scheduled for 8a. No show. I called at 10a. Said "If it's raining we ain't coming out." It wasn't raining. Another person called back 5 mins later said he has a doctors appointment and wanted to reschedule. No thanks. I took the day off to be home to have this done for wife's birthday.

I messaged the company for a quote on my car. They replied back with what is the make and model. I waited a few hours, no response. I sent another message, hoping I would get a reply back. Nothing but poor customer service in my book! *****Find another detailer******

Both my boat and my pickup truck looked great after being detailed. The boat looks like new after Big Boy detailed it. The pick up was very dirty and they did a great job cleaning it up. Very professional...on time and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

If I could give less than 1star I would, scheduled appointment for 1:30 at 2:30 I called them was told they was going to load up and head my way, I still haven’t seen or heard back from them. So if you are depending on someone to show up on time or at all this is not the company for you.
