Unprofessional customer service after not shopping here for months, almost years!! Lady in the perfume section followed my mom and I around the store after looking at perfumes.Mind you, we were doing nothing wrong, just spending a girls afternoon together! Felt uncomfortable shopping around. Then, an elderly lady at the cashier was awfully rude AND unprofessional to my sweet mom. Very impatient and unkind! Highly disappointed in humanity these days. We’ll not be returning. :) Do Better!!

They were very busy as it was the day before Mother's Day. There were plenty of staff available to help checkout so I was in and out with an exchange in no time. Of course I saw a shirt from Ocean +Coast that I have searched for since buying one several years ago. They were priced at Buy One Get Two Free!!! Yes, I got 3 more of my favorite summer fishing shirts! Thank you Cartersville Belks!

Only complaint was they didn't have things like free people that I went up to Belk just because I know they carry that certain brand. Never been to a Belk before that did not have this brand. An associate made me aware to go on the internet to order.
