Horrible quality and not enjoyable pedicure and manicure. Wanted to work on both at the same time. Quality suffered and so did the relaxation of a pedicure. I will NEVER return...AND they want top dollar and a tip. I think not.

Not sure if this was just an off day or what but very disappointed in the quality. Has a dance to attend and no time to fix them before then. I would not recommend going here in a pinch.

Nice place but not what I’m used to they are super rough cut my fingers and the quality of my nails just not there different sizes on my nails and I just won’t go back really nice staff though and clean but not for me I will continue my search

I truly love this place and drive 30 minutes to come here. Only issue is that you definitely need to make appointments to be seen. I've never been able to be seen as a walk in.

They don't like african customers. They argued with me because I questioned why everytime I came the price kept going up. Then after I paid, Andrew told me not to come back anymore. You must be totally Caucasian to get service there with no disruption from Andrew and Gloria

Nice and clean. I.dont know if the gentleman doing my nails spoke much English. Didn't introduce himself and zero conversation, which is actually ok with me.Disappointed in price, they charged extra for " manicure. " if I had a manicure I would have expected better hand and arm massage.But my nails look fabulous.Would return. Just would be clear I'm not paying extra for cuticle trimming, etc. That should be part of applying the SNS product

First try and I have no major complaints. Popped in for a quick gel pedicure. Used a tub liner and what seemed like clean tools.

I have tried several places in the area and was not impressed. I decided to try Bartow Nails & Spa. I was impressed with how clean the salon was and how they really took care of my nails during my pedicure. She really let me soak my feet in the warm water and the warm towels they put on your legs were perfect. I wish they had a loyalty card, but I will be back for a SNS manicure.

Had a wonderful experience at this salon today! My mom and I both got pedicures and I got my nails done with dip powder. Both pedicures were amazing and our toes have not looked this good in a very long time. Andrew did my nails as well and did a fabulous job! They don't rush to get you done at all. Make an appointment as they don't take walk-ins. Their prices are good too. You won't be disappointed! Thank you to both of you for taking such good care of us today!!Services: Pedicure

I walked in super late and was so nervous they would turn me away, 7 o'clock and they close at 7:30. They not only stayed until 8:30 to finish my nails, but the service was EXCELLENT. I have been looking for a nail place to start going to regularly, and I finally found one. I went in wanting Christmas, and Sparkles and I got both and so much more! They really care how your nails look, and you can tell they take pride in their work. They are so friendly and made me feel 100% welcomed. They also told me that if my nails didn't make it a whole month they would fix them for free! Now that's service ❤️ they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Please, give them a shot! I promise you will not regret it!!!
