I'm hitting 70 this yr and have had 16 dogs in my lifetime and know where everyone is buried across the Carolina's to here now in Cartersville.Doctor Tripp and his Father have served us well taking good care of our pets while living in Cartersville and sadly have helped us send 2 across the bridge.We recently have a new one to add to our list ot loving pets and they have given us the quality of service we have wanted for our pets and will continue to be our only Veterinary service while I'm still alive:).Great quality pet care at affordable prices with a human touch.

When I came in toget charley vaught food this morning I sure was glad to see Carlos back in the front office. He’s.helpful and has the greatest caring attitude please keep him up front he was missed when he wasn’t there.

The staff was very friendly and I had no issues with the care my dog received. The reason for 3 stars is due to cleanliness. The lobby reeked of urine and the floors were disgusting. The exam room was equally dirty. I didn’t even want my dog walking on the floor due to obvious dried up fecal stains. I know it can be hard to keep a vet clinic clean, but the entire place felt very dirty and run down. We will keep looking for a vet clinic…this wasn’t it.

Will never use this vet. They called our name but only wanted my dog. Wanted me to stay in the waiting room. I've never gone to the vet and not be allowed in the room. My neighbor takes her dog here and loves the staff. The staff member started giving me attitude when I asked when I would get to go back and talk with the vet. I left and ended up making the drive to Roswell to the vet I've used since adopting. Something just didn't sit right with me of not being able to go back into the room for the appointment.

3 months straight, I have had to pay 40 dollars extra for my babies meds because they try to force me to use their incompetent pharmacy app that does not work.
Dr. Tripp does not care about your dog, just your money. A monthly fight to get a dog's daily pills is wrong, and my baby suffers because of their total disregard of decency.
Don't make your baby suffer like mine. Find a decent vet that cares about your pet. This is NOT the place.

By far the best veterinary practice in northwest Georgia - the veterinarians and staff kept us informed regarding our sick puppy who was hospitalized there, and the cost was extraordinarily reasonable compared to other facilities in Rome and Cartersville. Highly recommend Bartow Animal Hospital-
