They do not have 24/7 customer service, so if you get a forced password reset (something they don't notify you need to do and seems to happens randomly) you have to wait for the next business CENTRAL time to speak to anyone to fix it.Like why have a brick and mortar bank if I am forced to use an ATM?Why have online services when they only work on banking hours. This is 2023, catch up with society and the world.

We lost a debit card on Saturday. I looked on the website and it gave the # for Shazam. I called twice on Saturday and Sunday and was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. I called Monday (holiday) and finally reached someone, but I was told we did not have a debit card with this name and SSN. I was advised to contact the bank. I called my branch on Tuesday when they reopened and the card was canceled and a new one was ordered. I had to worry for 3 days that someone would find and use the card. In comparison, I called my credit card bank, and the matter was handled in 5 minutes and one phone call.

I had trouble finding what I needed at another bank, but this one had exactly what I needed. April was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Do NOT use this bank and if you do, don’t use the ATM to make cash deposits. I made a deposit last week and the ATM messed up during my deposit and I contacted the bank. The bank reassured me I would NOT be charged any NSF fees and everything would be paid that came thru. I couldn’t use my account for a week while they made me file a dispute bc it wasn’t showing my cash deposit. Every transaction that was a ACH they returned and not only returned, they charged me a NSF Fee of

I have been to three banks and i really wasnt going to go to another. BUT i actually really like Bank of OZK. Its worth going to and i think the people are so nice. Good job yall
