Never used this branch before but had to go and get some change for work. The lobby was very bold and I waited for a while for my turn. African American guy came out of the corner office and greeted us with a smile. He went back into his office to attend to his client. Buy the time it was my turn, Nikki helped me. Had watched her take care clients before me, and I can say that she was very professional, friendly and helpful and fast. The teller next to her was taking care of the spanish speaking customers. So to me the customer service at this branch in Cartersville is really good. Really nice banking experience.

I'm always treated with kindness , and wonderful service each time i enter there, everyone is so kind. I realize our bank is small, but there we are still treated with kindness. Cartersville is small so to me that's just perfect! they get the job done in just fine, l'm not complaining i'm proud of our bank.

Richard the branch manager was amazing. He helped me open my account with the help of someone else. He was polite and helped me figure out the best way to leave SunTrust. He helped me figure out how to use online banking aswell so I could make sure all my bills would still get paid timely.

I try calling up at the Cartersville location several times over the course of the day I understand that banks are busy I used to work at one but this was a question that only a bank representative at that location could answer and every time I called and someone couldn't get to me right away a recording would come over and say thank you goodbye and hang up on me I think that is a very rude way of handling that I wouldn't have mind waiting on the phone for someone, this is something that needs to be changed, everyone up there has always been nice, I don't know if it's a Bank of America thing, a branch thing or just a person who didn't want to answer the phone thing but if you dont have the time for your customers over the phone then why give us an option to call at all or at least come up with a better way of letting the customers know all representatives are busy and if you don't mind giving us a call back or leaving your name and number and we can call you back it at our earliest convenience

Been going to this bank for 5 years now. Normally use the atm to deposit my checks. On October I went inside to cash my check forgot to count my money right there and then. Went to the store the next day and realized I was short $100. Made a report and spoke with management. Count your money while you there!!

My husband is a business owner and has to cash checks that are given to him to complete jobs he is contracted for. He went into this bank to cash a check and the teller immediately told him she needed approval, next thing the manger comes out and tells my husband he has to return to the check maker, my husband asked why and the guy said I can't tell you. So awkward and unprofessional. My husband cashes checks all the time with many banks and he has never had this type of trouble. One thing is for sure we will not open a business account with Bank of America. Also we had to deposit this check into our account and cleared. So not sure what the circus run around was about.

Trying to reach someone at this location>> Apparently phones don't work there, tried for over an hour and still nobody answers the phone.

I mainly use the ATM features. There are two ATMs available here. One has the help from the teller if needed. The parking lot is a little crowded and sometimes a pain to get through if it's a busy time of day.
