It was a great experience at first until my furniture got delivered then that’s when it went downhill both couch an love seat broke they can an fixed it as soon as they left same thing an then they fixed then the same thing happened again finally talked to owner an he said let us fix it one more time an if it’ happens again I’ll make it right well it happened again an guess what nothing , got stuck dealing with horrible extended warranty company and still dealing an fighting with them till this day

From the time I walked thru the doors until the time I left,. Shayla has greeted me with the most respect, and a bright smile. Her knowledge about the store, allows you not to waste any time and figure out what you have come in there for. Shayla knows and if she doesn’t she finds out. Definitely a pleasant experience.

There was an issue about scratch on furniture items. They worked with me until everything was right. Very courteous. They arranged my furniture and made sure I was satisfied. I would absolutely buy from them again. I highly recommend this store above all others in the Cartersville area.
