Ruthie was so wonderful today! She helped us so much trying to charge a dead battery and diagnosing that it was bad and we needed to get a new one. Her lighthearted jokes were great. She helped us uninstall it and install a new one in, turns out that one wasn’t good either so she did us a great favor and got us a better one at no extra charge and helped us install it. If it wasn’t for her we would’ve been stuck/stranded in the parking lot with the Mercury Mountaineer. Absolutely fabulous experience today, shout out to Ruthie 21 years on the job!

Probably the best AutoZone I've been to. Everyone in there was nice and helpful! Tim personally helped me and I'll definitely be making this one my spot whenever I need something!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. While traveling home on a long drive with my baby I got a nail in my tire. Out of desperation I called 10 minutes before they closed saying I was on the way and needed a plug for my tire but also that I needed help installing it. Most auto stores would’ve turned us away with it being so close to closing time and had a “not my problem” attitude. Not this place. Ruthie and Douglas absolutely saved the day. Pulling from their own kits in their cars they plugged my tire and even changed my windshield wipers and asked for nothing in return. We literally would’ve been stranded without them. These two are earth angels who proved tonight that good people still exist in the world. Autozone is extremely fortunate to have these two amazing, selfless, honest people working for their company.

I called and asked about an weighted impact socket and the guy they put on the phone said he was a master mechanic and there was no such thing as an weighted impact socket. I'm an master mechanic with over 20 years and own my own automotive repair business. It's really an disadvantage to the public to have someone claiming that they know what they're talking about when in fact they don't. Weighted aka heavy aka inertia sockets are a real thing and a real mechanic would know especially if they have dealt with an Honda harmonic balancer bolt. Do better and hire people who actually know parts and tools!

There was this dude named ellijah. He was very rude to me and had no respect. I came in with my kids and he was nothing but disrespectful. I thought auto zones were supposed to have nice. People. He was nothing but rude and not helpful at ALL

I order a door handle for my car . I came and pick it up at 3pm . The box was already open . I checked the handle and it was broken. I told the lady it was broken so she called her husband up there to check it . The bald headed white man . He gone say ok I’m gone put in a new order in it should be ready in morning which is today . Prior to that like I said the box was already opened so yall knew the handle was broken smh . Anyways so today I go back up there to go pick up my car door handle and it’s not there. They never put the order back in for it . Do Not order anything from here !!! If so check it like I did before entering out .
