If you should ever need service, they take care of you!! (They only service items bought from their store). I had a dryer stop working I bought from them 8 years ago, called and they were able to come out that day and fix it. They had all my information and warranty details on file. No hassles whatsoever. It turned out none of those providers still did warranty work for Rigid (or the business had closed). Manager Josh, sorry I didn't get his last name, was so very helpfu and helped me solve my problem. BIG THUMBS UP TO JOSH AND HOME DEPOT.”
