Would rate zero stars if possible. This is the absolute worst place to live Carrollton Georgia .Problem 1 the apartment is infested with cockroaches and other such bugs. The apartment complex management has no extermination plan or pest control of any kind. We legitimately found a cockroach nest behind the Wi-Fi router when they sent someone to fix the Wi-Fi. Problem 2 management itself is a joke. They are a group of individuals who didn't want to work for a living so they decided to manage an apartment complex. They don't do anything when renters complain. And they hang up on you if they don't want to deal with your crap today.Problem 3 maintenance is unresponsive and woefully staffed. In the summer of 2022 the air conditioning in my unit went out. It took me the better part of June July, and August going back-and-forth, sending messages and reporting the outage. It was not until the middle of August, that they finally decided to get off the couch and fix the problem. And even then they put in a window unit in the shared common area, they did nothing for the bedrooms. Also, it took them weeks to send somebody out to look at the washing machine when it broke. Problem 4 the electrical system here looks like it was set up by Soviet Russia. There are no.GFCI outlets in the apartment. (Which is not up to building code) meaning that when I try to microwave Ramen noodles, I flip the breaker. It's a fire hazard and I don't want to be here when the whole building comes down because somebody tried to microwave oatmeal. In conclusion, to ask the question, would I recommend in Carrollton Crossing to someone else? Is a joke. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. If you're looking for a place to stay in Carrollton, Georgia while you go to school or otherwise. Skip over this place I implore you.

It was great when I was living in Atlanta but when I came to Carrollton expecting to use Zipcar here, there was no car or any sign of it Zipcar ever being in the location where it was supposed to be. What ever happened, they should bring it back because the college here is expanding and I know for sure that there are people that need to rent a car for a couple hours instead requesting a Uber.

These apartments are not super high end or anything but they are FAIRLY PRICED. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They don't respond to emails very soon... sometimes they forget altogether. But otherwise I've had a great experience here. A few months ago I was having a bad roommate situation and they let me change rooms with no charge on my account. Also rent is due on the fourth not the first so there's no late charges if your paycheck comes in after the first. Miss Tameka is great.

Unless you can predict the future and know that nothing will happen before your lease is over where you would need to leave early, DON'T MOVE HERE. I lived here for a year when I was going to school at UWG. Everything was fine, and I had intended to live there a while, so I signed another lease for the next year. Time went on and that remained my plan until my grandmother got sick. My family needed me to move home to take care of her. I left school, quit my job in Carrollton, and moved back to Chattanooga. The only thing that remains now of my ties to the city of Carrollton is that lease I signed. Management has no heart. I saw in the contract that the only way to terminate early is if a member of management signs and allows you to do so or you find someone else to take over your lease. I have not found anyone to do so. Here I am SIX MONTHS LATER still paying $481 a month for an apartment I don't live in and can not afford. They want to fill their empty rooms first rather than helping me find someone to take over my lease, which is incredibly selfish. The apartments are not nearly as nice as advertised. It's almost as if they think a fresh coat of paint will fix anything. The columns by the balcony look like they could break any minute and they just re-painted the building. The place also has tons of roaches in the winter time. They have an exterminator who comes and sprays, but it does nothing about the roaches. Unless you want to spend loads of money for crap living and management who is not willing to work with you, do yourself a favor and find another place to rent.
