The reason for the 5 stars are for a young lady in customer pick up area named Emily. I had an issue with my order and one person told me some things that weren't correct. I called back and spoke to Miss Emily and she took charge, fixed the problem and, in a very positive and professional manner, took care of me and made sure I got what I ordered correctly and with a big smile. She is a fine person and employee!

I normally never have a problem at Walmart. Went to purchase 3 gift cards to finish up lash minute Christmas shopping. We don't do much for people in the family, but mostly get gift cards. I went to purchase 3 gift cards and the check out machine is saying that I reached my limit of gift cards. There was NOTHING where the gift cards were hanging up on that I could only get 2 gift cards at a time. I was pissed because this was for my family member to give them a little something else for Christmas... we pressed the assistant button 2 different times and no one came. Finally a customer had to yell saying that customers needed help at the self check out. I can't remember the ladies name, she then proceeds to look at us and the other customer with a nasty look on her face. She had looked at us previously when she was putting random stuff away when she saw that me and another customer needed help... the other customer and his wife we all waited about the same time, the machine ate the money and never gave them back their change and they were in a hurry so they had to call maintenance. I then asked a different employee if she had ever heard of us only being able to purchase 2 gift cards at a time, I don't know her name either and she said she worked there for 25 years and she has never heard of that. Is there a reason why I was only able to get 2 gift cards?

This review is for the grocery pickup service only. While I can't speak to the actual store experience, but we like utilizing the curbside pickup. Besides the fact there is a $35 minimum per order (whereas many other stores got rid of such limits), checking in to get your groceries and making returns - both available on the app - are really simple. Their organic produce is almost always fresh and if not, no worries; just ask for your money back via the return process. You can even request for pickup a limited selection of non-grocery items which is more limited in its competitors like Kroger.
