Excellent customer service. They will not recommend replacing parts if you don't have to. You can't bring your own parts, they warranty the repair on parts they buy and install. They STAY VERY BUSY.Johnny is the owner.

I went to Walker's because of all the good reviews I read. After dropping off my vehicle on a Tuesday, I was told the next day they would have the part needed. I heard nothing from them on Wednesday an tried to reach them Thursday for an update. Never got an answer to my voicemails. Finally got in touch with them Friday only to be told the gentlemen that did their electrical work had been sick. This came off very unprofessional to not notify me of this as I do have a job and other things that require my vehicle. Finally was able to get my car the following Tuesday only to learn that the issue had not been fixed and they said i should take the car to the dealership for some wiring error. Still charged me $225 to keep my car from me for a week.....I go to the dealer who has their mechanic look at the vehicle. 20 Minutes later the issue was fixed and was not even what was Diagnosed by Walker Automotive repair . Overall the communication was horrid, car was misdiagnosed and unrepaired. The fact that it cost me $225 for someone to misinform is theft. I do not recommend to anyoneService: Electrical

I love these guys! Mr. Jerry is wonderful, and Kevin is amazing. Small town feel, without small town hassles. When the first actions didn't completely fix the problem, he worked with us to fix it right. My son has been spreading the word how they fixed his truck and the talks in the office lolHe's definitely who we call first!
